Doug Young serves as Co-founder and CIO at Finovative Solutions. Doug brings decades of IT leadership, project management, and complex systems development and integration to the firm. With over 25 years of banking experience Doug works to ensure that Finovative Solutions provides cutting edge, innovative, and thorough strategies and solutions to clients.
He is skilled in Business Process, IT Strategy, Management, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering & Automation, Project Portfolio Management, and Leadership.
Doug serves as an advisor to several organizations including the University of Dayton MIS Advisory Board, the Ohio Department of Financial Institutions (former), the George Washington University Digital Marketing Program, and others.
Doug has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with graduate work in AI.

Dominic serves as President and Chief Technology Officer of Finovative Solutions. Dominic provides significant experience and technical skills to the organization. He has architected and implemented enterprise-class networks, built and directed high-performing technical teams, and created and executed long-term strategic technology plans for numerous organizations. Dominic’s experience includes leading multiple global network engagements, data center construction, technical leadership of multiple mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and leading highly complex integrations across the globe.
He is a highly skilled information technology leader with experience in large, complex technical environments such as financial services, insurance, health care, and real estate. Dominic has a demonstrated ability to deliver solutions to increase business value, navigate complex technical environments, and provide clear direction and communication to technical and non-technical individuals. While working for a systems integrator, he directed all professional and technical services and managed an extensive portfolio of multi-discipline client projects.
Dominic serves as a trusted advisor to many organizations and mentors future leaders. Past advisory roles include a lengthy-term on the Cisco Enterprise Technology Advisory Board. Dominic earned a BA in finance from Cleveland State University. He is a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE 7311) and continues to add new skills, certifications, and experiences on a regular basis.

Jude serves as Chief Legal Officer and Director of Risk Management at Finovative Solutions. Jude brings 24 years of sophisticated legal experience, with approximately 21 years specializing in financial services, to the firm. Jude has extensive experience in a wide variety of areas of importance to financial services companies, including: M&A negotiations and due diligence, securities law and filings, board governance, enterprise risk management, policy, vendor and contract management, commercial and real estate transactions and regulatory compliance, including, but not limited to, FDIC rules and regulations, trust department, CRA, consumer installment sales financing, residential lending and insurance.
During his seventeen-year career as a C-Suite Executive with a large financial institution, Jude ensured the Bank had strong corporate governance, compliance and risk management cultures throughout the enterprise. Having also practiced as a Certified Public Accountant prior to becoming an attorney, Jude also brings a unique perspective of financial expertise along with practical business advice.
Jude has big law firm experience, clerked for the Chief Judge of the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and he serves and has served as a board member or trustee of a number of Foundations and Boards, including The Youngstown State University Foundation and The Youngstown Foundation. Jude received his BSBA in Accounting from Youngstown State University and his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University, School of Law.
