Doug Young serves as Co-founder and CIO at Finovative Solutions. Doug brings decades of IT leadership, project management, and complex systems development and integration to the firm. With over 25 years of banking experience Doug works to ensure that Finovative Solutions provides cutting edge, innovative, and thorough strategies and solutions to clients.
He is skilled in Business Process, IT Strategy, Management, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering & Automation, Project Portfolio Management, and Leadership.
Doug serves as an advisor to several organizations including the University of Dayton MIS Advisory Board, the Ohio Department of Financial Institutions (former), the George Washington University Digital Marketing Program, and others.
Doug has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with graduate work in AI.

Dominic serves as President and Chief Technology Officer of Finovative Solutions. Dominic provides significant experience and technical skills to the organization. He has architected and implemented enterprise-class networks, built and directed high-performing technical teams, and created and executed long-term strategic technology plans for numerous organizations. Dominic’s experience includes leading multiple global network engagements, data center construction, technical leadership of multiple mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and leading highly complex integrations across the globe.
He is a highly skilled information technology leader with experience in large, complex technical environments such as financial services, insurance, health care, and real estate. Dominic has a demonstrated ability to deliver solutions to increase business value, navigate complex technical environments, and provide clear direction and communication to technical and non-technical individuals. While working for a systems integrator, he directed all professional and technical services and managed an extensive portfolio of multi-discipline client projects.
Dominic serves as a trusted advisor to many organizations and mentors future leaders. Past advisory roles include a lengthy-term on the Cisco Enterprise Technology Advisory Board. Dominic earned a BA in finance from Cleveland State University. He is a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE 7311) and continues to add new skills, certifications, and experiences on a regular basis.
